equipment. These boilers go through a complete overhaul,
thorough inspection and exhaustive testing, and can

IB&M's Key to Success
IB&M has hired the best and highest skilled employees
in the industry from all around the nation to meet the
demand and project schedules of our our clients. We
employ over 60 full time employees, allowing us to take
on large projects with tight deadlines, a critical component
for clients with production per hour rates in the tens
of thousands of dollars. Since 1987 we have completed
hundreds of boiler installations, meeting critical deadlines
through successful planning and supervision on major
projects our competition is often afraid and unable
to handle.
The Right Tools for the Job:
IB&M has literally truck loads of specialized tools
required for any project. We also have cranes with certified
operators, fork lifts, man lifts, rigging, tuggers,
welding machines, jobsite trailers with offices and
job site material trailers for secure project material
storage. With over 30 trucks in our fleet, our people
are more portable, a critical factor when staffing many
people on different projects simultaneously.
